Minnesota at New Jersey

Both these teams have played well this season, and each feels they can make a deep run for the Stanley Cup. The Devils have struggled in recent play as the injuries have mounted for this team. They are just 1-3 in their last four contests and 1-3 in their last four at home. Minnesota is on a nice run, going 8-3 over their last 11 games. The Wild has also stepped it up on the road where they have now won five of their last six, allowing two goals or less in four of those six games. Minnesota has owned the Devils as they have claimed victory in six of seven meetings including four straight. The Wild has won four-straight games in New Jersey, and the Devils have not been able to solve the Wilds' stout defensive structure as they have scored two goals max in six of the past seven meetings. I like Minnesota in this one.
