Minnesota at Carolina

Minnesota has won four of five after defeating Washington 4-3 in a shootout victory on Thursday night. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped all three Washington shootout attempts and had 28 saves through overtime. The Wild have won five of six against the Metropolitan Division and Carolina has lost four in a row as a favorite of -151 to -200. The Hurricanes come off a 3-1 win over Florida, but they have lost six of seven following a win and they are 1-5 after allowing two or fewer goals their previous game. The Wild have won 14 of 19 road games and 12 of 15 against Eastern Conference teams. Filip Gustavsson is expected to start and he is 17-6-3 with a 2.38 goals-against average for Minnesota.
