This is a long road trip for Minnesota to Southern Cal. Minnesota just finished a stretch playing seven of eight games at home. This is also a team that is 2-5 in their last seven against the Pacific Division, plus they don't fare well against struggling teams at 8-17 in their last 25 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage of less than .400. Meanwhile Anaheim plays its fifth straight home game and looks for their first victory under new coach Bruce Boudreau. The team fired Randy Carlyle and lost a 4-3 OT game in the new coach's debut Friday, so it has been an emotional week. The Ducks are 36-16 in their last 52 against the Northwest Division. Home ice has meant everything to this series, as the home team is 26-10-1 in the last 37 meetings and the Wild are just 6-14 in the last 20 meetings in Anaheim. Play on the Anaheim Ducks.
