Los Angeles is still struggling to get on track this season, the Kings enjoyed a good performance on Sunday as they beat Edmonton 5-2. Dustin Brown scored a goal in each period and Anze Kopitar added a goal and two assists. Cal Peterson had 32 saves for the Kings, who have needed his help as they have suffered injuries to their top two goalies. Peterson will be in goal again and he owns a 2.69 goals-against average and .921 save percentage, including a shutout. Vancouver goaltender Jacob Markstrom has struggled with a 3.35 GAA and .897 save percentage, however, he did get a win against the Kings on Saturday by a 4-2 score. Los Angeles gets to avenge that loss tonight and it snapped an eight-game losing streak for the Canucks. The road team has won five of the last seven meetings and the Canucks are 15-37 their last 52 games versus the Pacific Division.
