Los Angeles at Vancouver

The Kings are off a dreadful performance which is one reason we'll take them here. Another reason is that Vancouver is playing poorly. They have lost four of their last five games, scoring 2.4 per game while allowing 3.2. The Kings struggle against good offenses but they are 16-9 the past three seasons vs. teams that average under 27 shots per game (Vancouver gets just 25 per game). Vancouver doesn't have the offense to take advantage of bad defenses like LA's. The Canucks are just 3-8 this season vs. poor defensive teams (those allowing 30+ shots on goal and 17%+ pp conversion). Los Angeles won the lats meeting in December 4-2 and Vancouver is just 28-44 over the past three seasons revenging a same-season loss.
