Los Angeles at Vancouver

Los Angeles won the first meeting in a 4-3 shootout on Oct. 22 and the Kings have won four of the last five meetings overall. The Kings are playing at home for the first time since Dec. 10 and haven't played since Friday when they lost 3-2 in Dallas in overtime. Jeff Zatkoff made 28 saves in that contest. Peter Budaj is expected back in goal tonight and he has been a more than adequate replacement for the injured Jonathan Quick. Budaj is 15-8-3 with a sparking 2.04 GAA and .919 save percentage. He comes off a shutout win at Nashville on Dec. 22. Vancouver has lost two straight while scoring only two goals and six of its last eight games overall. Vancouver is 1-6 after allowing three goals or more and it lost 4-1 at Calgary on Friday. Take the Kings.
