Los Angeles at New Jersey

After a split in a pair of games in Europe for the Los Angeles Kings, they make the trip across the Atlantic to New Jersey to take on the Devils. This is a tough stretch for the Kings with this one tonight, then to Philadelphia, fly home for one game, and then on the road again to Phoenix. It is early, but the travel has been grueling and I don't expect to see the Kings’ "A" game here. The bright spot for the Devils has been their ability to kill penalties where they have thwarted the opponents’ advantage in all 13 tries this season. They will win a lot of games if that continues. The Kings are just 1-9 facing a team that allowed 2 goals or less in their previous game and just 2-8 in their last 10 on the road. The Devils are tough at home as they have been 17-5 in their last 22 played here at the Prudential Center. New Jersey gets the call.
