Los Angeles got its first win in a big way defeating Winnipeg 5-1 on Tuesday night as Trevor Moore had two goals and an assist, with PLD sticking it to his old team. Cam Talbot stopped 26 shots for the Kings and he is likely in net tonight with a 2.28 goals-against average and .929 save percentage in 15 career starts against the Wild. The Kings finished #10 in the league with 3.34 goals per game in 2022-23 and that was a big improvement from 2.87 the previous year.
