Los Angeles at Detroit

The Detroit Redwings started their five game road trip with a pair of wins, however they have subsequently dropped their last three and will be glad to get back on home ice. They bombed LA as part of that recent road trip at 7-4. LA comes here reeling themselves dropping three of their last four games, all of which were on home ice. They will bring an unfavorable 2-6 mark vs the Central to Detroit tonight. The Wings have a decided advantage at home where they have amassed an amazing 300-127-16 mark over their last 443 games here. The Kings have certainly done their part to make that Detroit home ice advantage sparkle, as they are just 6-20-2 here the last 28 trips. I'll back Detroit in this one.
