Los Angeles at Dallas

The Dallas Stars played as good of hockey as anyone over their first 13 games which saw them race out to an 11-2 mark. They have since slid badly, putting together a very distasteful 1-5 mark over their last six games. They went from a team that scored 45 goals in their first 13 games at 3.5 per contest to one that has struggled to find the net with just 7 goals in their last six games or 1.1 per contest. It is certainly tough to find the win column with that horrendous production. The Kings have been “kings of the road” so far at 5-2-2 and emerged victorious in their first game on the current road trip with a 3-2 verdict over the Blues. They are now 5-0 in their last five played when facing a team that has a home winning percentage of greater than .600. Play on LA in this one.
