Florida has won three straight and six of seven after disposing of Detroit 5-2 on Monday night as Aleksander Barkov set the franchise record for most career points and Carter Verhaeghe scored two goals while Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 20 shots for the Panthers, who are expected to start Alex Lyon in tonight's game. Lyon last appeared on Jan. 28 against Boston and Florida won 4-3 in overtime and he had an impressive 40 saves. Philadelphia is playing out the string and the Flyers have lost eight of 10 and their past three games have gone OVER, including a 5-4 loss in overtime to Carolina on Saturday. The Panthers are 40-12 and 15-5-2 OVER against teams with losing records and they are 19-7-1 OVER playing on no rest.
