Florida at Montreal

Montreal has won two straight and four of six after its impressive 4-1 victory over Winnipeg on Tuesday when Evgenii Dadonov scored twice to back Samuel Montembeault, who stopped 24 shots. Montembeault is likely in net again tonight and he has won three of his past four starts while allowing only seven goals to lower his goals-against average to 3.05 with a .912 save percentage on the season. Those actually are better numbers than Sergei Bobrovsky, who has a 3.25 GAA and .897 save percentage and he allowed five goals in Florida's 5-4 loss at Toronto on Tuesday. The Canadiens will look to avenge a 7-2 loss to the Panthers on Dec. 29 and the last five meetings have gone OVER, including the final meeting of the 2021-22 season when Montreal routed the Panthers by a 10-2 score. Florida is 21-8-3 OVER its past 32 games in the fourth game while playing four games in six days. Take the Canadiens as a Max Play, and book this one to go OVER.
