Florida has won five of its last six games, including the last three following Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over Anaheim. Defenseman Aaron Ekblad scored his second goal of the game 22 seconds into the extra period and the Panthers fought back from a four-goal deficit. That gives the Panthers great momentum coming into this one and Sergei Bobrovsky has won his last three starts to improve to 9-4-2-2 on the season. Carolina lost at Philadelphia for the Flyers' first win in five games. Petr Mrazek stopped 18-of-22 shots for the Hurricanes. Florida has won four straight against an opponent that allowed at least five goals its previous game and the Hurricanes have lost four in a row versus an opponent that scored five or more goals the previous game.
