Edmonton at Vancouver

The teams meet for the first time since Vancouver won in seven games against the Oilers in the 2024 playoffs. Edmonton will look for some revenge and also to snap a two-game skid tonight. The Canucks just finished a three-game road trip and they won all three as they face a letdown spot at home, where they have lost five of their past six games. The Oilers have won four of six meetings and they are 13-7 their past 20 against the Pacific Division. Edmonton goalie Stuart Skinner beat Seattle 2-0 with 23 saves last Sunday before allowing three goals in a 4-0 loss to Toronto. It is telling that Vancouver is 7-2-3 this season, but still a slight underdog in this matchup. Take the Oilers.
