Pittsburgh is off a loss last night to a hot Columbus defense, 2-1, but this team is finally getting its talented offense going. They've won 10 of 15 scoring four goals in four of its last five victories. Pittsburgh has scored a power-play goal in five straight games. It would help the offense to bust out again to face a bad defense and a terrible one is in town. Young Edmonton is #29 in goals allowed while having a bad week with a 4-1 loss at Carolina Wednesday and a 4-3 shootout loss last night at Detroit. The Penguins are 46-13 at home against a team with a road winning percentage of less than .400. The Oilers are 11-30-5 following OT on the previous day, plus 15-53 playing on no days rest. The Penguins defense is stellar, sixth in the league in goals allowed and seventh in penalty killing. Pittsburgh has won the last three meetings by a combined 10-5 count and this good spot for a big win by the talented home team in bounce-back mode. Play the Penguins to win by two, so take them on the puckline.
