Edmonton at Detroit

Detroit is a big favorite but a .500 team at home. Offense is the problem at #24 in the NHL in goals scored, and #22 on the power play. They were favored at home the last game, too, and lost 3-2 to Boston. That's part of a 3-4 run losing twice as chalk. The Red Wings are 3-7 in their last 10 home games, plus 2-5 against the Pacific Division. Cam Talbot will start in net for the Edmonton Oilers and he stopped 28 shots when these teams met last month, a 3-1 Edmonton victory as a dog. The Oilers are 4-1 against the Atlantic Division, so grab the dog again and play Edmonton.
