Edmonton at Buffalo

It sure has been awhile since the Edmonton Oilers have had a competitive team. They come to Buffalo with a 4-8-1 record overall, and have yet to find the win column on the road where they are an ugly 0-4-1. This will be the Oilers' best shot as they take on a Buffalo Sabres team, that to put it mildly, have been downright ugly. The Sabres' offense is on a record pace, and not one you want to own as they have scored just 17 times in 14 games. The problem is, as bad as that sounds, has gotten worse. They have now scored just 9 goals in their last 10 games. It's hard to put any trust in a team vs. anyone that finds the net less than one time per game. The Sabres' futility extends back over 50 games as they are a woeful 11-41 in their last 52 overall. Take the Oilers.
