Detroit at Nashville

We faded Detroit last night as they lost as a -275 favorite. We expect a hangover here as they travel to face a very good team that has gotten a heck of a lot better with the addition of Peter Forsberg. Detroit is just one game over .500 on the road this season. While they score about 3.5 per game at home, they get just 2.6 per game on the road. Their defense also goes from great at home to average on the road. Nashville pours in 4.0 per game at home while holding opponents to 2.5. This is a test for them that they really want to pass. They must defeat teams like Detroit at home if they hope to win it all this year. The Predators are 26-9 at home the past two seasons vs. teams scoring 3+ goals per game. The Redwings are just 3-9 this season when playing on back-to-back days and their last game was a long OT one. Take the Predators here in a great spot.
