The Edmonton Oilers created some false hope early in the season by winning six games over a 10-game stretch. The problem is they own just three wins before and after. The problem is scoring. The Oilers scored 32 times in the 10-game stretch, but have otherwise averaged just 2 goals per contest. Detroit comes into this game having struggled on the offensive end themselves as goals have been at a premium for this club for an extended period. Detroit has produced 2 or fewer goals in 8 of their last 11 games, and likely needs to get to four to push this one over the top of the total. The problem is the Red Wings have reached four goals in just one of their last 13 games, and just two of those 13 have made it OVER the total. None of the last five in this series have eclipsed the total, and this one sets up to follow suit. Make the play on the UNDER.
