Detroit at Calgary

The Detroit Red Wings have long been a menacing force at home and never more so than this season where they are 20-2-1. They have allowed just 17 goals in their last 12 at home at less than 1.5 per contest. The road has been another story all together where they have a losing record and the defense never seems to get on the plane. They have allowed 26 goals in their last seven on the road nearly 4 per contest. That is 2.5 goals more per game on the road than at home, and a low total is certainly chock full of value to the OVER. Toss in the fact that the Flames have been offensive when they have 3+ days rest where they are 4-1 to the OVER, so we have a play here on the OVER.
