Detroit at Boston

Jimmy Howard has been one of the bright spots for Detroit as he owns a 2.70 goals-against average and .922 save percentage and hasn't allowed more than three goals since Oct. 15. The Red Wings are in rebuilding mode, but have held their own thanks to Howard's goaltending and some good coaching by Jeff Blashill, who was thought to be on the hot seat when the season started.  Boston's Tuukka Rask has a 2.54 GAA and .917 save percentage and he comes off a 2-1 win over the New York Islanders and is one of the main reasons the Bruins have gone UNDER 17 of their 24 games this season. The last meeting was a 3-2 win by Detroit in overtime on Nov. 21 and it went UNDER and four of the last six meetings have stayed UNDER. The UNDER is 11-1 in Boston's last 12 games after it scored two or fewer goals its previous game. Take the UNDER.
