Dallas at Vegas

Edmonton hosts this round robin game between a pair of the best teams in the West as Dallas takes on Vegas. The Stars may have been glad to see the season come to a halt as they were 0-4-2 in the six games prior to the pause, and were shutout twice. Vegas is solid, but the weakness this season has come when on the ice killing a penalty where they have successfully done so just 76.6% of the time. While Vegas dominated the last meeting, it took them OT to come away with the win despite a 2 to 1 advantage in shots on goal. Dallas doesn't look like they are playing on the level of Vegas right now, and letting the last one slip away will have this team wondering if they can compete. The Golden Knights have won eight straight vs. a team with a winning record. I like Vegas on the puckline in this one.
