You don't see the great Dallas defense get blasted very often but they did in Game 3, losing 7-2. The Stars have given up 6 or more goals four times this season and bounced back the next game to win three of them by scores of 5-2, 4-2, and 4-0. They also surrendered five goals in Game 1 of this series but bounced back to win Game 2, 4-2. Dallas has great balance everywhere ranked seventh in goals scored and shooting percentage, while the defense is third in goals surrendered, ninth in shots on goal allowed, and sixth in save percentage. The Stars have won 12 of 17 road games and are on a 27-13-5 run away from home. Seattle's defense is 15th in goals surrendered and 29th in save percentage. They haven't been a dominant home team with a 22-19-4 record and the offense is still without leading-scorer forward Jared McCann (40 goals, 30 assists), who was injured in the first round against Colorado. With Dallas 11-3 on the road after allowing four goals or more, look for a one-sided bounce-back win by the talented visitors to even the series. Play Dallas on the puck line.
