Dallas at Pittsburgh

There has been nothing joyous in the last six trips into Pittsburgh for the Dallas Stars as they have dropped all six of them. They certainly have reason to rise to the occasion here against the Penguins. Tyler Seguin is off his fifth career hat trick and should be able to neutralize a tremendous scorer on the other side named Sydney Crosby who is also off to a hot start. The Stars' attack appeared to me much more effective, adding Colton Sceviour to the front line in their first win of the season, and look to continue that success tonight. Dallas has been effective playing against a team off a big offensive performance as they are 6-2 when facing a team off of scoring 5 or more goals in their last eight. The Penguins have lost momentum with an extended layoff, as they have posted just a 1-4 mark in their last five off of three days of rest, and are 1-4 in their last five after netting 5 goals or more in their previous game.
