The Dallas Stars came out of the gate with a bang, posting an 11-3 mark. Their first 15 games saw them allow just 36 goals, or 2.4 per contest. The winning has been slowed to a crawl as over their last 13 games they have allowed 42 goals or 3.3 per contest. That is one goal per game increase, so playing to a low total certainly has value here on the up side. The Rangers sure will be able to take advantage of that as they have been on a scoring spree, posting 35 goals in their last nine games at just shy of 4 per contest. Dallas has lost that consistent edge in the net and after a win they have only played two of their last eight to the UNDER. The Rangers are now 10-4-1 to the OVER at home in their last 15 as well as 8-1 to the OVER in their last nine on a single day of rest. Take the OVER in this one.
