Dallas at Columbus

The Columbus Blue Jackets have made great strides over the past couple of seasons, and are no longer under the radar. They are off to a 2-0 start as they take on the Dallas Stars at home tonight. Keep in mind, however, that in franchise history, they have never started a season 3-0 and they might feel some pressure at home tonight. Dallas will be seeking their first win of the season, and this is a good venue for them to get it. The Stars have played some of their best hockey here over the years and own a commanding 16-6-3 edge in their last 25 trips to Ohio. The Stars have been good on a pair of days rest where they are 6-2 in their last eight in this spot, while the Blue Jackets continue to struggle with consistency now at 4-11 in their last 15 when following a win.
