Dallas at Columbus

The Columbus Blue Jackets have been unimpressive in their last 11 games, where they have come out on the right side just two times. That sounds bad, but looking closer, three of the games were coughed up in either overtime or a shootout and the two wins have been in their last two at home. Dallas has played impressive hockey at home, but the road has seen mediocrity. The Stars are 1-3 in their last four on the road, where they have played loose on the defensive end allowing for opponents to ring the bell 15 times. The road saga has now seen this Stars team produce just a 13-28 mark in their last 41 posted as a road dog. The Blue Jackets high water marks being achieved when least expected. Columbus is now a staggering 12-1 in games following a horrific defensive night, where they allowed five goals or more. I'll go with Columbus in this one.
