Dallas at Chicago

You've got to ask yourself why a 23-13 teams isn't favored by a lot more vs. a 15-20 team. Maybe the oddsmakers know something here. Chicago is a winning team at home and their defense rivals that of Dallas'. The Stars don't score a whole lot as it is so what we have here is a game that is expected to be very low-scoring which gives either team a shot at winning. The Blackhawks are holding opponents to 2.1 goals per game at home. If they can pull that off tonight, they have an excellent shot at winning outright as Dallas is just 4-10 this season when scoring less than 3 goals. Chicago is 10-5 when they hold an opponent to under 3. Either way, Chicago should not get blown out here and we'll take them at the +1.5 goals.
