The Ducks’ five-game winless streak has given value to the line at home where they are basically a pick-em game. They have shown signs of life lately as they have lost the last two, but both required a shootout. They should be bringing their "A" game to this one as the fresh taste of a recent loss in Dallas needs to be rectified. The Stars have been playing negative hockey over their last 17, so they’re not exactly in position to strike here. Their 5-12 mark on the road vs. teams with a losing home record doesn't bid them well here either. The value lies with the Ducks in this one, so that's the call here.
