Columbus at New York

The Blue Jackets have managed a total of 9 goals over their last seven games. It's hasn't been a whole lot better for the Islanders who have scored 1.8 per game over their last eight games. And, New York is playing good defense right now. Steve Mason has struggled in net this year but so what? New York is 22-8 UNDER the past three seasons vs. goalies with save percentages under 90%. They are also 8-0 UNDER this season at home vs. teams that take 30+ shots on goal. The Islanders are also 34-19 UNDER the past three seasons when coming off of a home loss. Columbus is 20-8 UNDER the past two seasons on the road during December. I like this game to go UNDER.
