Columbus at Florida

The Florida Panthers have a vastly improved team since last year, but they do come into this game on a five-game losing streak. The streak their longest of the season, and I think that puts value on them in this contest vs. Columbus. The Blue Jackets appeared to turn the corner last year, but have regressed some this season, and they have a very elongated history of playing the poorest hockey on the road of any NHL team. They are 129-209 in their last 338 games on the road. I look for the Panthers to smell a win at home tonight, and snap their five-game skid against a team that has been mediocre, and has brutally bad results on the road for an extended period of time.
