Columbus at Calgary

Two teams off to fast starts meet tonight in Calgary, as the Columbus Blue Jackets bring their 5-1 record in to face the 5-2-1 Flames. The Flames have played a lot of high-scoring, action packed games this season, and have played seven of eight to the OVER. The one exception is when they went to Columbus in a tight checking matchup that resulted in a 2-1 game. That has been the typical game that the Blue Jackets play and they have held four of six opponents to one goal or less already on the season. It becomes even more present when they are well rested as they have now gone 16-5-1 to the UNDER in their last 22 with two days of rest. Calgary has had problems getting into a high-paced, up and down the ice game against an opponent that allowed two goals or less in their last game as they have now played 11 of 14 UNDER, facing an opponent that allows two or less in their last game. These teams have also played 16 of their last 21 to the UNDER including seven of the last 10 in Calgary. The UNDER gets the call.
