Colorado at Utah

Colorado has turned it around following an 0-4 start and the Avalanche won their third straight game 3-2 at Seattle on Tuesday night. Joel Kiviranta and Nathan MacKinnon each scored in the second period and Justus Annunen had 25 saves and he is likely to start tonight. Annunen has a 2.44 goals-against average and .900 save percentage in four appearances this season and Colorado has won his past two starts. The Utah Hockey Club has done the opposite as it started 3-0 and then lost three of its next four, including a 4-0 loss to Ottawa two nights ago when the Senators scored four times in an 8:09 span. Utah/Arizona has lost 10 of its past 12 games against Central Division opponents. The Avalanche have allowed six goals their past three games after yielding 25 their first four games of the season.
