Colorado at Ottawa

Colorado won its third straight 2-1 over Toronto on Wednesday night when Nathan MacKinnon scored the only goal of a shootoout and Alexandar Georgiev had 17 saves. Keith Kinkaid could be in net tonight in this back-to-back spot and he last appeared on March 4 when he replaced Georgiev midway in the second period and had eight saves and allowed one goal. The Avalanche have scored 13 goals their past three games and 16 of the past 21 meetings with Ottawa have gone OVER, including the past three. Colorado won the only meeting this season 7-0 on Jan. 14. The Senators have lost four of five and have gone OVER eight of 10 after losing 6-3 to Edmonton on Tuesday. Ottawa is 18-40 after allowing at least five goals its previous game and Colorado is 55-17 after scoring two or fewer goals its previous game. The Senators are 8-1 OVER playing with one day of rest.
