Colorado at Minnesota

The Colorado Avalanche are sitting comfortably at second in the Central, five back of the Dallas Stars. Minnesota is in a tough spot as they are eight points from the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference, and they haven't done themselves any favors as they are 2-3 in their last five games. The Wild have folded against better teams as they are 12-24 in 36 games vs. opponents with a winning record, including a brutal 1-8 run in their past nine. Colorado meanwhile is 18-4 in their last 22 games vs. a team under .500. I like Colorado in this one.
