Nothing has seperated the Colorado Avalanche and the Edmonton Oilers through four games as they both enter tongiht even, both at 2-2 to start the season. Colorado had a huge lapse in their last contest, allowing three straight power play goals, after killing 16 straight prior to that successfully. The Oilers have had issues getting things going as they have been outscored in the first period 9-2 and have yet to hold a lead in regulation minutes. They have been fortunate to play even through four games. The Oilers are just 51-122 in their last 173 games vs. the western Conference. The edge in this one goes to Colorado.
