It is hard to find any team playing better than the Canucks right now. They rolled past the St. Louis Blues in the opening round by sweeping them and more than doubled the Blues’ offensive output. They then take on a Blackhawks team in game one, and less than five minutes into the game, they were up 1-0, and before the third period started the Canucks were in control 3-0. The Blackhawks hung in there and as the Canucks let up their intensity with the big lead, then saw the Blackhawks come all the way back to tie it at three. It didn't take long for the Canucks to regain their focus and regain the lead to go on to win 5-3. I think we found out early just what they are capable of doing to the Blackhawks when the Canucks were focused. They are now 14-2 in their last 16 as a home favorite and 10-1 overall in their last 11 against the Central. It’s hard hard to make a case for Chicago, who is now 6-20 in their last 26 as a road dog of +110 to +150, and just 2-12 in their last 14 trips to Vancouver. I'll go with Vancouver in this one.
