Carolina at Pittsburgh

Carolina won the first meeting of the season 2-1 on Friday as Cam Ward made 28 saves, including 15 in the third period. Derek Ryan and Sebastian Aho also scored for the Hurricanes, who have gone UNDER three of their last four games. Scott Darling is expected back in goal tonight and he has a 2.88 goals-against average and has allowed more than three goals just once his last 10 starts. Matt Murray will be in net for Pittsburgh with a 2.94 GAA and .903 save percentage and he comes off a 5-1 win at Philadelphia after giving up four goals each his previous two starts. The Penguins haven't won two games in a row in more than a month and they're a point behind Carolina and in seventh place in the Metropolitan Division. Pittsburgh has stayed UNDER four of its last six games and the last three meetings have gone UNDER. The Hurricanes are 4-1 UNDER their last five games with one day of rest and 8-3-1 UNDER their last 12 road games. Also, Carolina bounces back defensively as it's 38-15-4 UNDER after allowing at least five goals its previous game.  The Penguins are 9-3-2 UNDER following a win and 7-3 UNDER after scoring at least five goals.
