Carolina at New York

The Carolina Hurricanes have dropped three straight for the third time this season. They rebounded for a win the first two times, and will looking to do the same tonight against the Rangers in New York. The Rangers have played great hockey, winners of five straight games, but this has been an underdog series of late with the dog and the road team winning six of the last eight meetings between these clubs. The Hurricanes are also on a nice 5-1 mark when facing an opponent that allowed 2 goals or fewer in their last eight games. The Hurricanes have also had a couple days of rest to regroup, and have been 9-3 in their last 12 when playing on a pair of day’s rest. Back Carolina in this one.
