Carolina looks to bounce back from a 3-1 loss at Washington on Thursday when the team admittedly appeared not ready to play, but they are determined to be focused for this one as they try to recapture the feeling they had following a 5-3 win over Boston heading into the Christmas break. New Jersey has lost six of its last nine games even with a 5-2 victory over the Bruins on Thursday. The Devils will be without left wingers Taylor Hall and Marcus Johansson due to injuries.
