Carolina at Montreal

Carolina is at the bottom of the Metropolitan Division, but it actually has more points than Montreal and the Hurricanes have won three of the last four meetings, including 3-1 on Dec. 27. The Hurricanes have won six in a row against teams with losing records and the Canadiens haven't won back-to-back games in regulation in more than a month. Montreal beat Colorado 4-2 on Tuesday, but the Canadiens have lost four of their last six games. Cam Ward won the first meeting with Carey Price and and Ward now has a 12-6-2 record and 2.76 goals-against average. Price is 14-16-4 with a 2.93 GAA and .908 save percentage and has allowed 16 goals his last five starts. Montreal is 2-8 its last 10 games against the Eastern Conference. Take the Hurricanes.
