Calgary has won two in a row for the first time this season after defeating Nashville 4-2 on Tuesday with three goals in the third period in a comeback victory. The Flames outshot the Predators 39-18 and Jacob Markstrom had 16 saves for Calgary. Markstrom is likely in net tonight with a 2.91 goals-against average this season. Toronto has lost five of six, including 6-3 at home to Ottawa on Wednesday when the Senators scored three goals 3:11 apart in the third period. Joseph Woll took the loss and allowed all six goals and he is confirmed for this game. The Maple Leafs are allowing 3.62 goals per game and they have lost four of five home games.
