Last-place Ottawa somehow managed to knock off the Canadiens in a two-game sweep that both went past regulation, putting the Senators in an unlikely letdown situation tonight. Calgary split a pair with Toronto and the Flames have won four of the last five meetings with Ottawa. Jacob Markstrom will be in net for the Flames and he owns a 2.87 goals-against average this season while Matt Murray is probable for the Senators and his record is 4-9-1 with a 3.66 GAA and .883 save percentage. Calgary has won eight of its last 10 against teams with losing records and the Flames are 10-2 their last 12 games versus an opponent that scored at least five goals its previous game.
