Calgary at Nashville

The Nashville Predators are off to a surprising 2-0 start and they look to make it three straight tonight at home vs. Calgary. The Flames are on a six game early season road trip, and have split the first two. Calgary was forced to take on St. Louis one short of their best scorers in Jiri Hudler, who had the flu but should see plenty of action tonight. The Flames are a better offensive team with him on the ice as he has netted a pair of goals, and recorded an assist on the season in the pair of games he played. The Flames should have a stronger attack tonight, and they have shined after scoring 2 or fewer goals in a game, coming back to go 5-1 in their next game in the last six. The Predators may ease up here with that satisfied feeling, and they have been 3-9 in their last 12 vs. a team under .400 as they seem to be disinterested. Take the road dog Calgary.
