Calgary at Detroit

The Flames and their 7-1-2 mark on the road will certainly get the motors running for the Red Wings, who have dropped just a dozen home games since the first puck was dropped last year. The Wings’ offense has been sputtering, but the defense and goaltending keep them in every game at home, which is why they win here so frequently. They have allowed just 23 goals in their 11 games in Detroit, or barely over two per game. The Flames have had a couple of offensive outbursts at Toronto and LA, but in between there have been five games with a total of just eight goals scored, and Detroit isn't Toronto or LA, so the scoring opportunities will be limited. The Flames are just 7-21 in their last 28 as a road dog of +110 to +150, while the Wings are 16-5 in that same range as a home favorite where they also play 12-3-1 to the UNDER in that same moneyline range.
