Calgary at Columbus

The Calgary Flames imploded last night as they blew a 5-0 lead to eventually lose in OT. You can bet their emphasis tonight is going to be on the defensive end of the ice. Columbus has gotten off to a big 3-1 start despite the fact that three of them were played on the road. They come home where they are 1-0, playing a tight 2-1 win over the Wild in their opener. Despite the Flames "over" barrage early, they have played seven of their last nine on the road as a +110 to +150 dog to the UNDER as well as four of their last five on the back side of two games in two nights. The Blue Jackets have gone UNDER to a mark of 39-15-3 against teams with a .600 winning percentage or higher. These teams have continuously played low-scoring games that have resulted in the last five going UNDER the total. I like this one to follow suit, so the UNDER gets the call.
