Calgary has won five of the last six meetings and the Avalanche has won just 11 of its last 41 games against Pacific Division teams and 31 of its last 95 versus teams from the Western Conference. The Flames do come off a loss at St. Louis on Thursday when they scored the first goal, but then allowed the Blues to score three straight. Mike Smith saved 19-of-24 shots and the Flames scored twice in the third period but came up short. Going back to last season, Calgary has gone UNDER six of its last eight games with one day of rest and the Flames are 49-24-2 UNDER after giving up at least five goals their previous game. Colorado is just 2-7 its last nine games versus an opponent that allowed five or more goals its previous game.
