A great situational spot for a big win by the home team. Buffalo played yesterday and this is their fourth road game over the last six games, part of a stretch playing seven of nine away. Buffalo is off back to back overtime games, now they have to play at the NY Rangers, a rested team. Buffalo is 21st in goals scored and 27th in goals allowed with an awful power play at 30th in the league. They are more about bruising the opposition as there is so little skill. The Sabres are 5-17 in their last 22 games playing on no days rest and 1-6 in their last seven in the fourth game of a four in six situation. The Rangers have Rick Nash back, who collected a goal and an assist and registered a career-high 12 shots in the Rangers' 4-1 home triumph over Tampa Bay on Thursday, their last game. In addition to Nash, New York also saw the returns of Ryan McDonagh and Michael Del Zotto. The Rangers are 22-7 in their last 29 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and 19-7 playing on two days rest. Play the NY Rangers on the Puck-Line (+160).
