This game is an afterthought as the playoff field is set in the NHL. There are a couple of things to note, and one is important, in a negative way. The Blue Jackets will wrap up the worst record in the NHL with a loss, and while not many want to talk about tanking, it certainly is in play here. Buffalo had a good year but was not quite good enough to make the playoffs. They should be motivated enough to finish the season on a strong note and easily beat a team with no incentive to win. Buffalo has played well down the stretch at 6-2 over their last 8 and I look for them to get the win here. Make the play on Buffalo.
