Buffalo is desperate for a win, and it could get it tonight against the Bruins, who have lost three of five, including 3-2 in overtime at Edmonton on Thursday night. Boston is home following a five-game Western swing in ten days, and the Bruins will still feel the effects. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen will start for the Sabres, and his numbers aren't much different from Boston's expected starter, Jeremy Swayman. Luukkonen has a 3.12 goals-against average compared to 3.13 for Swayman, who has allowed 15 goals in his past four appearances.
